(54) METHOD OF CONCENTRATING GOLD-BEARING DUST AND WASHING DEVICE FOR GOLD-BEARING DUST CONCENTRATION
(57) FIELD: precious metal technology. SUBSTANCE: initial material is fed onto hydraulic buddle, broken, an subjected to two-stage size sorting followed by separate concentration of coarse and fine materials on deep and shallow water boards. Sorting into fractions +10 mm and -10 mm is effected in buddle pit, from which fraction -10 mm is withdrawn to shallow water board, while additional trapping of removed gold is performed in tail parts of deep and shallow water boards by means of hydraulic traps. Washing device contains hydraulic buddle additionally provided with pit mounted under its receiving bin accommodating on its bottom sorting grids for 10 mm- category separation of material. Undersize space of pit Two shallow hydraulic buddles each 13.5 m long abut undersize space of pit. Hydraulic traps made in the form of bases with cup-shaped deepenings 30 mm in diameter and semitubes 32 mm in diameter are mounted in tail parts of deep and shallow hydraulic boards. EFFECT: increased gold recovery degree. 2 cl, 5 dwg
