FIELD: medicine, virology. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the use of alkylating derivatives of phosphothioate analogs of oligodeoxyribonucleotides as inhibitors of HIV reproduction. These compounds show the enhanced effectiveness in order of tested derivatives of phosphothioate analogs of oligodeoxy- -ribonucleotides.
